I led design on a post-merger website rebuild for a global investment manager. Research showed people don't browse this site, they arrive with one specific question about a fund, so we built around that. The site launched across 20+ countries in 8 languages.

NVA planned to rebrand its national network of veterinary hospitals under one name, based on an assumption about what pet owners care about. Our research showed the assumption didn't hold. I led the study with another researcher, presented the findings, and set the design direction that came out of them.

I designed a custom CRM that replaced the five separate tools recruiters and account managers were juggling to fill a single requisition. We built it around the workflows they already had, and it cut task time by 45%.
